Network Services Operations Manager, Ergo

With over 20 years experience in the IT industry, Steve has delivered a diverse range of solutions for clients. During his five years with Ergo he has proved an invaluable knowledge resource for the successful implementation of key client projects. Leading the Ergo field service engineer team, he has planned and implemented tailored IT infrastructure and network solutions for clients, in addition, to providing security solutions for networked environments.

He is also in charge of the Ergo engineer team, who are responsible for Ergo’s in-house and client remote, telephone and on-site support for Microsoft and HP systems. Steve holds a BSc in Science from Trinity College Dublin and possesses a wide skillset including HP server, SAN environments, Microsoft technologies and SonicWall.
