Rob is a highly accomplished IT professional, with over 11 years experience holding positions at varying levels within the IT sector. His solid business acumen combined with his qualifications and leadership abilities makes him a Subject Matter Expert on Unified Communications. He is a well-educated Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, specialising in unified communication including Microsoft Lync 2010 and IP telephony, as well as virtualisation and storage with Hyper –V.

With strong project management skills, his role involves liaising with customers to establish their needs, followed by the design and testing of the technology to the successful implementation of the project on time and on budget.
