Freelance Technology Journalist

Ian has been writing about technology for more than twenty years. Up until the late Nineties he was Group Editor of a number of consumer magazines for a UK publisher based in London. When he moved to Ireland his focus switched to business technology and he became the Founding Editor of Silicon Republic and Digital Ireland in the Irish Independent. Now a freelancer, he is a regular contributor to newspapers and magazines, including the Sunday Business Post, the Irish Times and Technology Ireland. When he's not chasing editorial deadlines, he runs a taxi service for his teenage children and walks his dog in the Wicklow hills.
