Solutions Architect, Ergo

In his role as Solution Architect, George heads up the Ergo Virtual Client Services (VCS) business unit. This unit lies within Ergo’s Network Services division and is completely focused on the cost effective delivery of desktop related services to Ergo customers. With 16 years’ industry experience George has held senior level technical, international project management and senior pre-sales consultancy roles.

Prior to joining Ergo, George was Head of Virtualisation at Fujitsu Ireland, a role which among other responsibilities demanded he act as Chief Technical and Commercial Architect leading a team responsible for the design of server, desktop and application virtualisation solutions spanning the UK and Irish markets. In this role he was directly responsible for the design of solutions spanning tens of thousands of virtual user seats. This expertise in the delivery of innovative and cost effective Virtual Client Services is what he brings to Ergo customers with a solution that can be tailored to support their unique business requirements. George holds an Honours Degree in Information Technology from Dublin Institute of technology as well as Diplomas from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin Business School.
